All merch sales are final, but approved exchanges may be requested within 7 days. Here's how it works.
Bakery drops
Because everything is baked fresh to order in limited quantities, bakery orders can be changed or cancelled up until the drop closes. After that we have already bought ingredients and scheduled your bake.
Missed your pickup window? Message us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.
If your order is wrong or arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement at the next drop or a refund.
Digital products
Recipes and the cottage food guide are delivered instantly, so they are non-refundable. If a file will not download or open, contact us and we will fix it right away.
